M. 3 yr old German Shepherd is starting to snap back at bully dogs.....She gets along and runs and plays with the majority. My

But some dogs she is starting to mouth at nd vocolize..Will this turn her into bully?

Same dog in first question? Seems to me like she's just defending herself from the bullies, which is normal enough. However, a fight should be avoided, and I would watch closely for signs of a fight developing. If you can, contact the owners of the bullies and inform them politely of the bullying nature of their dogs, and request that they keep an eye on their dogs at all times. If they refuse, notify the person managing the park.
