How do i teach my female doxie to get along with my two german shepherds (both female)?

The two german shepherds are friendly, its just my Dachshund is a bully. SOS!

I have 3 boys all under the age of 3...my best advise to you is do not keep them apart from one another...unless you are in fear that one of them might get hurt, and if you have to keep them apart...use baby gates until the get use to each other...
