Was he on a walk just b4 this happend ? Do u live in an appartment ?......if you can answer these questions I might have an idea and be able to help you, cheers Ian (Dog Trainer from dublin Ireland )

i m not a run to the vet person but in addition to what ever is already wrong with him...he is probably getting dehydrated...so this kind of problem needs a vet...good luck hope he is ok

thanks everybody for your help. I took him to the vet already he has an infection he is ok.
